Membership at C Lazy U Ranch is offered exclusively to families who have purchased property within one of the ranch’s four communities. All home sites are 35 acres with a 1-2 acre building envelope where members can build the ranch home of their dreams. Existing home sales are also occasionally available.

Once you purchase your ranch estate, membership rights are extended to you and your family so you can maximize your experience by enjoying all the amenities that C Lazy U Ranch has to offer.
Included in your membership is access to 8,500 acres of land and numerous year-round activities. Membership also includes access to the ranch’s gourmet dining options in the Main Lodge, Patio House, cookouts and special events. There is always something going on at C Lazy U Ranch from nightly entertainment, to wine tastings, to horsemanship clinics and year-round holiday celebrations.
Members have access to the Member Services Concierge Team which is dedicated to taking care of your every need while on property. This full-service department allows you to enjoy your ranch estate while you are on property and give you piece of mind when you are not. Member Services is your dedicated concierge for activities, events and dining. They care for your home and provide monthly home checks to make sure it is safe and protected. Member Services can provide a multitude of additional tasks ranging from daily housekeeping, to landscaping, maintenance, travel services, grocery shopping, vehicle care, shuttle services and more. The Ranch Concierge team makes vacation home ownership easy and rewarding.
