At the C Lazy U Ranch it’s our job to make your stay stress-free and fun. Our services and amenities are designed to make it easier for you to enjoy your time exploring the C Lazy U. Contact the Outfitter’s Cabin should you require any additional amenities to make your time with us more pleasant.
Outfitter’s Cabin – Concierge Service
Located in the Patio House, in the corner of the pool courtyard, the Outfitter’s Cabin is the main office for guest service needs. Whether you need to schedule a spa treatment, sign up for activities, require something in your cabin, or simply need to know when the children eat dinner, all of your questions can be directed to the friendly staff in the Outfitter’s Cabin. The Outfitter’s Cabin is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Fireplaces, Fire Starters and Stocked Firewood
Nearly every cabin at the C Lazy U Ranch is equipped with a fireplace. Fire starters are provided daily to make lighting your own cozy fire easy! Wood is also replenished daily by our ranch hands and is conveniently located on the porch of your cabin. Please note that fireplace flus are always in the open position and sometimes need a flame to be held up in the chimney to start the smoke draft.
Valet Parking
Our ranch hands will assist in getting your luggage to your room, valet your car upon arrival, and return your keys to your room. If you need your vehicle at any time please let us know and a ranch hand will bring it to your cabin.

Photography
The ranch photographer is always on hand to take family portraits, capture your ranch riding adventures, or photograph your next holiday card. Inquire at the Outfitter’s Cabin for details or to schedule a private photography session.
Complimentary Water Bottles and Natural Spring Water
Upon check-in you will receive a C Lazy U water bottle. The entire water supply for the ranch is provided by a series of natural springs that flow from Mount Baldy. So feel free to fill your water bottle from any tap – it’s as clean and fresh as one can find!
WiFi
You are welcome to connect your devices to our complimentary and password free WiFi network named “C Lazy U Guests”. Our team is readily available to assist you, should you be experiencing any problems.
Shuttle Services
The C Lazy U Ranch offers complimentary shuttles to and from the Granby Amtrak Station and Inn at Silver Creek (Home James local shuttle stop). We also offer shuttle service to the Kremmling Private Airfield for a modest fee. In the winter months, there is a complimentary ski shuttle to Winter Park Resort departing at 8:00 a.m. with pick-up at 4:00 p.m. daily. If you require a shuttle to or from the Denver Airport, we recommend Home James, (800.359.7503) and are happy to make reservations for you.

Winter Equipment
Complimentary cross-country skis, snowshoes, poles, and ice skates are available for your use during the winter. They can be found in the Game Room. Feel free to borrow whatever you need and let us know if you’d like assistance with proper fitting. We kindly ask that you return each item daily when you are finished, for other guests to use.
Ice
Fresh ice is available at all times, and replenished daily in summer and holiday seasons when turn down service is offered.
Laundry
Wash, dry and fold service is available for our guests and members. Please drop off your soiled items in the Outfitter’s Cabin prior to 9:30 a.m. and we will have your clean laundry returned to your room no later than 6:00 p.m. that same day. There is a modest fee for this service and laundry bags may be found in the closet in your cabin.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are provided in your room and can also be found by the entrance of the main lodge and the Patio House.
Summer and Winter Boots
Selections of cowboy boots are available for your use during our summer months and are located in our Game Room. Cowboy boots are also available for purchase in the Mercantile at Luis’ Old Place. A selection of winter boots are available to use for horseback riding during our winter months and are located in the Wrangler Tack Room in the barn.
Housekeeping
Your room will be refreshed daily. Should you require any additional housekeeping services or have specific linen or bedding preferences, please contact the Outfitter’s Cabin.
Sunscreen
Sunscreen is complimentary and can be found by the adult mounting block, the kids mounting block, and the pool during summer months.
Newspaper
Daily newspapers are available in the main living room of our Lodge.
Televisions
We have televisions on ranch for your use and enjoyment, located in our Lodge and Patio House.
In-Room Safes
The C Lazy U Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Feel free to make use of the safe provided in your cabin to store your valuables. Please remember to check your safe prior to departure.
Tea, Coffee, and Hot Chocolate
Each guest cabin is equipped with a Keurig Machine and tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are replenished daily. Cowboy coffee is offered every morning during our summer season at 7 a.m. in front of the main lodge.
Turn-Down (seasonal)
A nightly turn-down service is provided when you leave your room for dinner. If you require any specific items during turn-down, please notify the Outfitter’s Cabin prior to 5:00 p.m.
Medical
In the event of an emergency please call 911 and notify ranch personnel. We have some sundry supplies in the Outfitter’s Cabin, including bandages, cough drops, sunscreen, lip balm, and bug bite cream. If you have specific needs from the pharmacy, or should you require medical assistance or a doctor’s appointment, please contact the Outfitter’s Cabin.
The Middle Park Medical Center (970.887.5800) is a Level IV Trauma Center located in Granby and is less than a ten-minute drive from the ranch.
Post Check-Out Storage
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. and we kindly request your room be vacated at this time so we may prepare it for the next guest. Should you wish to depart later, we will gladly store your baggage while you continue to enjoy the ranch. We also invite you to utilize our locker rooms, equipped with showers and plenty of amenities. Please contact the Outfitter’s Cabin for assistance with your luggage upon departure.
